Can I switch tiers?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep full access to the service through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued. After the period ends, your data is deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can request immediate deletion at any time.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Not yet. We plan to offer annual plans at a discount in the future. Join the waitlist to be notified when annual billing becomes available.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We do not store your card information directly. Stripe handles all payment processing and complies with PCI DSS standards.
